Our flags come with no formal warranty, as they are made of fabric that naturally wears over time from sun, wind, rain, and other outdoor elements. To help them last longer and stay vibrant, remove your flag when not in use (especially overnight or during bad weather), take it down in inclement conditions, rotate between multiple flags to reduce constant exposure, and apply a UV/water-repellent fabric protector spray like Scotchgard™ Water & Sun Shield (reapply seasonally for best results). Gentle cleaning with mild soap and air-drying also helps. While proper care can significantly extend their life, all outdoor flags will eventually fade or fray and will need replacement.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return any unused items in the original packaging for a refund. Please note that all returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours unless the listing specifies a production time. Out of stock and custom flags take about 2-3 weeks for production. All orders ship when complete, if items in the same order require production or are custom, the whole order will ship when all items are in stock or finished production.
